Dear Ms Saunders: While I do not routinely take time to compose a letter such as this, I found Kathy Valente's service and assistance so exceptional that I felt compelled to write to you. In the past seven years, we have purchased and sold real estate in: Florida, Missouri, and New York. Of those experiences, the one handled in an outstanding professional and competent manner was the one we had with Kathy.
